Project Summary: Custom Business Application Development

 

Through the development of a custom application, PCIS helped Bayer's Human Resources and Marketing divisions to better understand strengths and weaknesses of their internal team. Their goal was to maximize overall skills and capabilities, while having the transparency to identify and address potential gaps.

The tool assesses the skill level of each employee, where the information collected is used towards creating tailored, career development plans.

The application provides Bayer employees with a clear definition of their expected skills and competencies according to their role. Bayer's Human Resources and Marketing divisions also have the ability to manage and best utilize the talent and capabilities of its employees.
