PCIS helped transition the school district to Microsoft Exchange 2010 for staff and Office 365 for students. This hybrid deployment fosters connected learning, helps students work more productively, and will reduce email costs by 90 percent or $500,000 over five years.
Beyond the tools available in the classroom, students now use their own PCs, laptops, and mobile devices to communicate with one another and their teachers. This environment enables students to reach new levels of productivity with the ability to work outside of the classroom; anytime, anywhere.
As an added benefit, they will also learn how to use business productivity tools found in the workplace once they graduate.
